保持炉汲み出し口で簡単に流動長（湯流れ性）を測定できる試験装置。これまでのうずまき試験鋳型や鉄管を使用するものと比べて、耐熱ガラス直管を採用することで視認、比較がしやすく、溶湯の条件出しや日常管理がうそのように簡単になりました。

This is a testing device that can easily measure the flow length (molten metal flowability) at the holding furnace pumping out port. Compared with conventional spiral test molds or iron tubes, the use of heat-resistant glass straight tubes makes it easier to see and compare, and makes molten metal conditioning and daily management a breeze.

手元スイッチで操作

吸引ホースにPyrex™管を接続して湯面に浸漬。手元スイッチを操作して吸引を開始、吸い上がった流動長から湯流れ性（流動性）を測定します。

Pyrex™管与吸水管相连并浸入热水中。 操作一个手控开关来启动吸水，并使用流量长度来测量水的流动性。

Connect the Pyrex™ tube to the suction hose and immerse it in the hot water surface. Operate the hand switch to start suction, and measure the flowability (flowability) from the suctioned up flow length.

Verbinden Sie das Pyrex™-Rohr mit dem Saugschlauch und tauchen Sie es in das heiße Wasser ein. Betätigen Sie den Handschalter, um die Absaugung zu starten, und messen Sie die Fließfähigkeit anhand der Länge des abgesaugten Flusses.
